chore: mini-openclaw 初始版本

Next.js 前端 + FastAPI/LangChain 后端透明 agent平台
- 含 .gitignore, 敏感文件(sessions数据/.env/venv等)已排除
- 待后续添加 trajectory 自进化机制

+## 阶段一：环境搭建
+
+### 后端安装（在 F:\mini-OpenClaw\backend 目录执行）
+
+```bash
+# 1. 创建虚拟环境
+python -m venv venv
+
+# 2. 激活虚拟环境
+venv\Scripts\activate.bat  # Windows CMD
+# 或
+.\venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1  # PowerShell
+
+# 3. 安装依赖（使用清华镜像）
+pip install --upgrade pip -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

+- API Key: 使用 Hermes 的 DEEPSEEK_API_KEY
+- Base URL: http://49.232.133.151/v1
